Jeff Boyda has been the Area Director in Delco since August of 2014. He was born in Aston, PA and raised in Garnet Valley, PA. During his high school years he attended the Young Life Club at Sun Valley HS. He completed his Young Life New Leader Training while at Messiah College under Rich Dargenio. After this YL training his freshman year he transferred to Cairn University in Langhorne, PA where he received his Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. He is currently working towards his Master’s degree at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Jeff spent 6 years serving in Chester County Young Life, both as a volunteer and on staff under Todd Madonna. Jeff is excited about the opportunity for growth in the 10 school districts in Delaware County, is thankful for the rich history that the ministry has here, and cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store. Currently Jeff, his wife Susan, their son Deacon, and their daughter Lainey, reside in Aston, PA just a short walk from Sun Valley HS where they are involved in direct student ministry. Susan serves as the administrator for the area.
